Remine and HIVE MLS Partner to Deliver Remine Pro and Docs+ to Members

Bellingham, Wash., February 2026—Hive MLS and Remine have come together to provide all Hive MLS members with access to Remine Pro and Remine Docs+, delivering powerful new tools designed to help agents generate more listings, manage transactions more efficiently, and grow their businesses.

Through this collaboration, Hive MLS members will now have access to Remine Pro, a data-driven prospecting platform that helps agents identify likely sellers, uncover off-market opportunities, and prioritize outreach using predictive Buy and Sell Scores, comprehensive public records, tax and mortgage data, and advanced property filters. This enables members to reduce wasted effort and execute outreach backed by data rather than guesswork.

In addition, members will receive access to Remine Docs+, a streamlined transaction management and eSignature solution. Docs+ enables agents to complete association, MLS, and brokerage-approved forms within a dynamic system that can auto-populate data from MLS records to expedite document preparation. Agents can collaborate in real time, track version history, and manage transactions in one centralized environment. The result is faster form completion, cleaner collaboration, and fewer delays from contract to close.
